Durch TTouch wird das parasympatische Nervensystem aktiviert und Oxytocin ausgesch\u00fcttet. So werden &#8211; messbar &#8211; der Herzschlag, Blutdruck und die Atmung ins Gleichgewicht gebracht. Stress wird reduziert und der K\u00f6rper kann sich entspannen. Ein entspannter K\u00f6rper sendet andere Signale an das Gehirn, als ein gestresster oder verspannter K\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ber\u00fchrungen &amp; Bewegungen des Tellington TTouch\u00ae wirken auf die Zellen der Haut und Unterhaut ein. Dabei leiten Rezeptoren den Sinnesreiz \u00fcber Nervenfasern an das Gehirn weiter. Der K\u00f6rper ist untrennbar mit dem Gehirn verbunden. Dadurch befinden sie sich in einem permanenten Austausch von Gedanken und Emotionen. Das heisst, die Zellen werden fortlaufend vom Gehirn informiert und geben auch alle Informationen, \u00fcber das was ihnen widerf\u00e4hrt, an das Gehirn zur\u00fcck.
